Smoking!
Question:


Not sure if this is the right place for this question, or if it has benn discussed before (if it has feel free to let me know where!!!!)[sm=rollaugh.gif]
Basically i have been smoking for several years, and would really like to give up - but whenever i have tried too, i find myself snapping at people and i get very angry![:@]
So, my question is........................ Does anyone know of anything that can help this side effect??!! Any advice or suggestions on giving up smoking will be gratefully received:D

There used to be a herbal tea called 'Smoker's Tea' - I don't know if it's still available from Health Food shops. It isn't in this neck of the woods.
Last time I saw it was in a health food shop in Islington, London - they may have a website.
It's largely based on the herb Lobilia - not sure of spelling - maybe try Naturopathy or Herbal forums under therapies.
Other things that may help:-
Antioxidants to help you body detox & vitamin B complex - if your not sensitive to these & don't suffer with candida.
Other things that may help.
Plan your stratergy & include some form of therapy that will help you relax & detox. some options are a course of reflexology to prepare & during, massage / aromatherapy, one of the detox foot spas like Bio-Detox or Aqua-Detox, etc., learning to meditate - the list is a long one, so won't go one.
Oh, and warn friends & family what you doing, so that they aught not take things personally for a while. [:@]
